It can be more effective to experience what coaching is rather than read about it. That is why I offer two complimentary sessions. I also feel it is important that you find a coach that you feel you can connect with. Having a session together allows you to have a taste of coaching, receive answers to any questions you may have about coaching, and to explore whether it feels like a good fit for a coaching partnership. It is also a time for any questions to be answered.
